Medical HouseCall Associates firmly believe that delivery of high quality medical care in the comfort and safety of the patient’s home decreases unnecesary trips to the emergency department,   frequent hospitalizations, and premature nursing home placement.   This unique approach to chronic disease management saves countless Medicare dollars, maximizes the patient’s independence while promoting positive health behaviors. 

In addition to chronic disease managment, the providers with Medical HouseCall Associates also perform house calls for acute or episodic illnesses.  Urgent care visits in the home may be a substitute for emergency departments visits, especially for those patients who lack transportation or have a physical impairment that limits their mobility. 

The HouseCall support center staff are available to answer questions and to schedule appointments during the hours of 8:30 to 5:00 Monday through Friday.  There are no visits scheduled on weekends or holidays.  A HouseCall practitioner is on call 24/7 for questions or concerns.
